And here is the tale of beowulfx, an ebay seller that has the IQ of a small, unintelligent rock. He is abusive, delusional, and self-righteous. I made the mistake of buying something from him on ebay. When I emailed him THREE TIMES to ask for his address so I could pick the items up, he never once responded; not through ebay, and not to my yahoo address which I provided for him several times. I naturally assumed that his email was incorrect, so I filed a complaint against him, as it is against ebay rules to have an invalid email. Well, THEN I got a response out if him! Here is the complete transcripes from our argument on squaretrade.com (a mediating dispute site). I have taken out the names and addresses for safety reasons, but I have left both his and my ebay IDs, as I think anyone who reads this and shops on ebay ought to be warned about him. Feel free to check my ebay status as well, as I have nothing to hide. I have posted a few comments in red, those are not on the original squaretrade posts, I added them now. I never recieved any emails from this person, and I DID want the furniture, I even went to go book a van to move them, but since I never got a response from the seller, I decided to wait until I heard from him. Feel free to check my ebay messages, I never recieved anything from him. I have been nothing but nice and accommodating, as you can see I have no negative feedback. He has feedback saying that he has done this before. I only decided I no longer wanted the items when I couldn't get ahold of the seller. Being rude and calling people names hardly gets us anywhere. I simple suggest that he relist the item and NO FEEDBACK is made about EITHER party.

All he proved was that I sent mine through ebay correctly, and he did not. This person admits that she decided she did not want the items after bidding, and now she claims that I did not reply to her emails. I have posted the replies; they were sent to this woman's University of Michigan email account - I graduated from UM and still know the OIT office management - If she wants continue lying, I'll have the server email list pulled for her user account (*****@umich.edu) and have the logs show the messages that were sent to her from me...times, origin/destination IP addresses, mail servers, and read confimations from the University email system.
Questions? Please let me know; I do NOT like dealing with liars...I can produce the proof in both my hotmail account and on her UM email account

I am NOT a liar, and violating my email is an illegal act. I dont care who you "know" at U of M, I have been here 8 years, and I damn well WOULD sue them and you for violating my email privacy. Whether or not you sent it, for some reason, I didn't get it, if you really DO know umich email, you should know that this CAN happen. I sent you my yahoo address, and I never recieved anything there either! I do NOT renege on my bids, I was going to buy them anway and resell them, it wasn’t a problem. It wasn’t until I thought you were ignoring me that I decided to file this report as I have had one previous seller do this to me. Why would I start this if I wasn’t genuinely concerned? I could have just retracted my bid! I am NOT a liar, nor do I appreciate being called a "psycho". I have been nothing but respectful until you decided to mudsling. It hardly goes to you reputation that you have had similar complaints against you in your feedback. Let’s just forget this and get over it! It didn't do anyone any harm, just relist. I have no intention of leaving you negative feedback because I can see that this was some sort of mix up. I can only hope you see it the same way.

WOW, you really are insane. I tried to be nice and civil about this, and you just went berzerk. Do whatever the hell you want, I am done with you. I am notifying groupwise security about you, in case you do try anything.
Incidentally, it occurred to me today that maybe your email came across as spam, and THATS how I never got it, I have a spam filter. I don’t know why it would have, but it is possible, therefor NOT my fault. I tried to get you to send a response to my yahoo, and you didn't Plus, if you replied to me through ebay, it would have gone to my umich AND my ebay messages. NO messages from you where ever sent to my ebay account. Why didn’t you simply email my yahoo account? I have been caught in NOTHING, sir. Do not refer to me by my name, as you are most certainly not my friend. I am not the one threatening here, it is you. I simply stated that I will defend my right to privacy against people with nothing better to do than create drama. By now you could have relisted and resold your item; instead, you choose to have this argument. Go ahead and relist on account of a "deadbeat seller", even if it isn’t true. Then you can sell you items and I can be rid of you.

I have just contacted University Computer Security. They have never heard of you OR an "OIT" office. I have registered a complaint with them about anyone trying to gain access to my accounts. I don't know why you feel the need to continue with this, but I wish you would just let it go already.

That was the last I ever heard from him. He never sent a reply or filed a complaint against me through ebay. I closed the case at Square Trade, and he was notified and didn’t object. I figured that once I called his bluff about being some man of power at U of M, that he had just stopped. I didn’t leave him any feedback, and he didn’t leave me any either. Fine, we were cool. One month later, he sends me an invoice through ebay saying I still need to pay for these items. I figured it was just an automated email from ebay, since it never recorded a payment for the sale. I deleted it and left it at that. I went back to my ebay yesterday to find that he had just now left me a negative feedback…my ONLY one in almost 5 years on ebay. That rat bastard. He hasn’t even bothered to relist his items….why not? Could it be he no longer HAS the furniture, and he didn’t want me filing a complaint about selling property he didn’t have? Better to sling the mud first and look righteous, huh? He has a lot of similar feedback about not responding to emails and reneging on sales. I even had three other people besides myself complain to ebay about him. He has called several people on there “psycho” and “Liars”. So, everyone else has the problem and not him? Obviously, this man is a complete whacko with nothing better to fill his long lonely days then creating problems that make him seem like the righteous victim of crazy people out to get him. In short….this man is a menace. I wouldn’t buy and damned thing from him ever again, and I wish I had never met the bastard. I hope none of you ever make this mistake. If anyone who read this has had a problem with him, I urge them to complain to ebay as well, myabe they will finally do something about it!
